You are right about Washer v MacArthur. MacArthur is a part-time,convoluted apostate and all over the place while Washer is a pure doctrinaire apostate.

Hey, How do you like UT Law? How are the job prospects?
It seemed to me like a good school, although obviously I can’t compare it to other law schools. I think it is a good value. I can’t really comment on job prospects, though, since I am just working for myself and haven’t applied for any other jobs.
Which reminds me that I need to update this About page…
