Bigots bigots bigots

I just love it when Leftists get destroyed by their own foolishness. Here, we see an example of one Leftist who tried to use the typical race-mongering Leftist strategy, but he overstepped the proper Leftist bounds in that he used the strategy to attack a fellow Leftist from a different minority group:

[Rick] Sanchez called out Comedy Central host Jon Stewart as a “bigot” for mocking him, and complained that Jews — like Stewart — don’t face discrimination. He also suggested that CNN, and perhaps the media industry more broadly, is run by Jews and elitists who look down on Hispanics like himself. Clearly, those comments didn’t sit well with the network, which put out a terse statement around 6 p.m. Friday.

“Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company,” the CNN statement read. “We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well.”

“Jews aren’t nearly as good a minority as my own people, the Hispanics. The Jews are all just evil, world-controlling haters of everyone but themselves. Waaahhh!” What an idiot. All these Leftists ever think about is race. Then they start calling the whole world “racist” to explain their own failure in life.

Anyway, it is great to see one of the Left try to use this race-mongering political tool on his own Leftist people, and then get struck down by those people in retribution for his foolishness.

Oh wait, am I a “bigot” now for taking pleasure in this story, Sanchez?

Progressives, liberals, lefties … whatever you want to call us, aren’t big fans of racism regardless of which end of the political spectrum it comes from.

Leftist ideology is obsessed with race. It’s hard to see how it could lead to anything other than racism. We can’t establish a colorblind society as long as everyone is obsessed with race. Rick Sanchez actually began his rant against Jon Stewart by calling JON STEWART a racist, and then he later extended that accusation toward Jews in general and talked about how they control everything. In my opinion, accusations of racism are frequently a symptom of racism.

Every now and then, we see these little slip-ups where Leftist race-mongering will actually cause one Leftist to attack other Leftists — as with Barack Obama’s campaign calling Bill Clinton racist — and I just find it hilarious.

But yes, I doubt that you personally would run into this problem in your own life, because white Leftists like yourself are less prone to the problem. Since you’re white, you certainly couldn’t whine much about race (except against other white people) without undermining your own “anti-racist” philosophy. We would never see Bill Clinton calling Obama a racist; it would be impossible. It is primarily minority Leftists who make the more blatant race-mongering errors — as with Jesse Jackson and his various shakedowns of businesses, or with Rick Sanchez here.

Admittedly, race-mongering occurs day in and day out in America. This doesn’t negate the fact that racism remains a destructive force in this country. And it occurs with greater frequency than many people are willing to acknowledge.
